How to make a reservation

University departments and recognized student organizations: Request Student Center meeting room space online using Virtual EMS:

  1. Go to EMS WebApp.
  2. Log in using your current Wayne State University AccessID and LDAP/network password.

Recognized student organizations: An Event Planning Form (EPF) must be completed for all events on campus. EPFs can be completed online at doso.wayne.edu.  If you have questions about the EPF process, contact the Dean of Students Office at 313-577-1010.

External clients:  Email, call or visit the Reservations office for space and pricing information.
