Rush fee
A $15 rush fee can be applied to move your order ahead in the print queue or for projects submitted past the timeline. This fee is applied per project for large prints(poster, etc.) or per 100 for small prints (flyers, booklets, etc.)
- Not available for design services
- Projects cannot be rushed during the months of August and September
- Rush jobs may not always be possible due to a high volume of orders
- The rush fee cannot be paid using SAFB funding
Due to the high-volumn we do not accept rush orders mid-August-September, December and April. Please review our timeline before sending us your request.

**Hot cards are 4.25"x5.5" prints with a white border, purchased in sets of four. If you need cards with a bleed, please contact us for pricing. Price includes cutting charge.

Posters/large format
Paper descriptions
Draft: a lightweight paper (20#) great for printing drafts, or a low-cost option for an informal class presentation. The print is still quality, but not as vibrant as our bond paper.
Bond: a thicker paper (46#) great for presentations and conferences. The paper is bright white and prints with vibrant colors.
Polybanner: a tear media, great for conference-style presentations. Has a slight off-white coloring.
Mounted poster: these are printed on our adhesive polybanner and then mounted to foam board. Great for event signage.
Photo: a glossy photo paper best for large photo printing.
Adhesive polybanner: a permanant adhesive material with the same finish as our polybanner material.
Lo-tac (adhesive): a removable adhesive material for wall and window graphics. Great for office/building hours.

Registered Student Organization discounts
Organizations must be registered for the current academic year. To check your registration status, visit getinvolved.wayne.edu. Please indicate that the project is for a RSO when you contact us.
RSOs can apply for event funding through the Student Activities Funding Board (SAFB). Part of that funding can cover marketing costs. Please indicate if your order is being paid for using SAFB.
