How to make a reservation

University departments and recognized student organizations: Request Student Center meeting room space online using Virtual EMS:

  1. Go to EMS WebApp.
  2. Log in using your current Wayne State University AccessID and LDAP/network password.

External clients:  Email, call or visit the Reservations office for space and pricing information.

If you are interested in reserving a space that is currently booked for Fall 2021, we encourage you to fill out this form: https://forms.wayne.edu/5efa32877348d. Openings may become available. Submissions will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Submissions do not guarantee a reservation
