How to make a reservation

University departments and recognized student organizations: Request Student Center meeting room space online using Virtual EMS:

  1. Go to EMS WebApp.
  2. Log in using your current Wayne State University AccessID and LDAP/network password.

EMS accounts are now automatically created when you log into the system. Once you get to the portion of the reservation that asks for a group, select the magnifying glass next to the group and search for your organization.

External clients:  Complete this form, email, or visit the Reservations office for space and pricing information.
